HTMA International uses a Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. They are providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the payment gateway are secured payments.

Shipping Policy
Physical goods
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to Covid19, all worldwide postal services are experiencing delays and therefore, shipping times are taking longer than expected. UK orders may take up to 21-30 days and US orders from 30-50 days
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from our payment gateway containing your order details. We will usually confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Registered International Airmail within one (1) business day; however, if products are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery, depending on where you are in the world. Items to the US can take up to 40 days and should check with your post office if you have not received a collection card by 29 days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to Covid19, all worldwide postal services are experiencing delays and therefore, shipping times are taking longer than expected. UK orders may take up to 21-30 days and US orders from 30-50 days
All parcels are sent with a tracking number and will need to be signed for by the addressee and identification may need to be provided to collect your parcel. If you are not available to take delivery, a calling card will usually be left in your letterbox. In the case of USPS, please ensure your letterbox is free from the mail as they will not leave notices if mailboxes are full; also, we ask all US customers to please check with their local post office for your parcel if you have not received your package 29 days after purchase.
All parcels sent to the United States will have a note on the address label, stating the goods should not be left unattended if the receiver is not at the requested postal address and the postal service should take the parcel back to their depot for collection by the parcel receiver.
Please note that all items for sale on our website are sourced and sent from South East Asia either direct from the manufacturer or from the importer depending on the item you purchase. Our stock is not purchased from any other vendors or third parties. All products have a long shelf life of at least one (1) year.
All items are packed carefully, and we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged in shipping.

International Duty
It is your responsibility to ascertain if purchasing our good are services are prohibited in your country, under local or international laws. If you are charged customs duties on your parcel, you would need to pay those duties per your local laws. Digital Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will usually confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Your HTMA Test will take up to 15 days to process once we receive your sample. After the sample is processed we will send your report via email.

Refund & Returns Policy
You’re entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if:
The item is faulty or damaged on arrival (if the item is damaged DO NOT accept or sign for the parcel)

As some countries take up to 50 days for delivery, we do not refund for any lost postal items until 50 days from the date of purchase. Postal tracking numbers are supplied on request.
